Taft attorney Brad Schwer will participate in the roundtable discussion titled "M&A Market Update," which will be held on Nov. 18 in Taft's Indianapolis office. Panelists will share insights on M&A issues for middle market companies and discuss how business owners can take advantage of current trends.

Schwer is chair of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions group and focuses his practice on complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, intellectual property licensing, as well as business advisory services and general corporate counseling for private equity funds, family offices and companies. He also has broad experience with various financing transactions, including: leveraged private equity transactions regularly representing buyers, sellers and management; venture capital transactions regularly representing investors and companies seeking financing; credit facilities, commercial loans (senior and mezzanine) and debt and equity securities offerings.
