Serritella and Kolky to Speak at Midwest Bank Special Assets & Credit Officer's Forum

Serritella, Jr. and Kristine Kolky will be featured speakers at the 9th Annual Midwest Bank Special Assets & Credit Officer’s Forum in Chicago on Sept. 12-13. The forum brings together special assets and credit workout professionals, special servicers, turnaround advisors, receivers, auctioneers and law firms to discuss the latest on C&I, SBA Loans, Real Estate, Equipment, Oil & Gas and more.
Serritella will moderate the panel “The Next Phase in Workouts: What to Expect in 2020” on Sept. 12 at 10:30 a.m. Kolky will be a panelist for “Case Studies in Receivership & Bankruptcy” at 11:45 a.m. on the same day.

Serritella is a commercial litigator who focuses his practice on banking, bankruptcy and appellate litigation. He lectures on numerous topics, including commercial workouts, Uniform Commercial Code issues, bankruptcy, trial practice, appellate practice, contract law and alternative billing practices.
Kolky focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including commercial foreclosure and creditor’s rights litigation. She regularly represents financial institutions and other lenders in litigation arising from commercial transactions, contract disputes and real estate matters. Kolky also represents court-appointed receivers in various litigation and has experience handling employment disputes and mechanics lien litigation.
