Serritella is co-chair of Taft’s firmwide Commercial Litigation practice and co-chair of the Litigation group in Taft’s Chicago office. He focuses his practice on banking, commercial and appellate litigation. Serritella frequently lectures on various subjects, including commercial and real estate workouts, receivership, Uniform Commercial Code issues, trial practice, appellate practice, contract law, sales commission protection acts, employment discrimination, and alternative billing practices.
