Taft Chicago partner Michael P. Sheehan has been named to the 2018 edition of the Irish Legal 100, which recognizes distinguished legal professionals of Irish descent from across the United States. Honorees are featured in a special publication of the New York-based Irish Voice newspaper. This is the first year that Sheehan has been included on the list.

Sheehan’s litigation practice emphasizes complex civil litigation, with a particular focus in the areas of commercial, fiduciary, employment, eminent domain and civil rights law. He has tried numerous cases to judgment in both federal and state court, as well as handling appeals in the appellate courts.
