Taft partner Mark J. Stepaniak will speak at a Cincinnati Bar Association seminar on Sept. 16. He will co-present from the management perspective "A Newer Deal? NLRB Reshapes Labor Law for a De-Industrialized, Socially Networked, Gig-Economy World."

Stepaniak represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation for employers in the federal and state courts involving wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, race and age discrimination, retaliatory discharge and wage and hour matters.
