Stepaniak to Speak at Cincinnati Bar Center
Taft Labor & Employment partner Mark J. Stepaniak will speak at the Cincinnati Bar Center on March 29. He will be part of a panel of speakers participating in “Labor Law Update: The Trump Board’s First Year, and the Potential Impact of Janus v. AFSCME.”
Stepaniak will discuss the latest decisions and developments at the NLRB during President Trump’s first year, including issues such as joint employment, handbook provisions, arbitration agreements and other hot topics.
Stepaniak represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation for employers in the federal and state courts involving wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, race and age discrimination, retaliatory discharge and wage and hour matters. He is experienced in trade secret and non-competition agreement litigation.
