Taft Dayton partner Suzanne Sumner was honored in the Dayton Business Journal Aerospace & Defense Awards for 2024. The award honors influential business and military leaders within the aerospace and defense industries.

Sumner is a partner in the Taft Dayton office and focuses her practice on government contracts law. She works closely with prime contractors and subcontractors on a variety of issues related to their government contracts. In addition to providing advice on issues pertaining to multi-million and multi-billion dollar government contracts, she serves on several boards and recently served as an Honorary Commander for the 445th Airlift Wing at WPAFB. Sumner has also been recognized on the Dayton Business Journal’s Influencers Law list and the Dayton BizWomen Power 50 list.
