Taft Acted as Legal Counsel to CostQuest Associates in ESOP Sale
Taft’s ESOP team is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to CostQuest Associates in its sale to the CostQuest Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The new structure provides ownership to the company’s employees. CostQuest is a specialized broadband consulting firm that provides consulting and advisory services as well as proprietary data to customers in the broadband industry (i.e., service providers) as well as government entities. The company is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and has an additional office in Seattle, Washington.
Taft’s legal team was led by Matthew Secrist and included Scot Ganow, Jeremy Hayden, Jennifer Horn, Ivan Golden, and Andrew Field.
