Taft Acts as Counsel to Rhinestahl Corporation in Acquisition of HYRDO Systems KG
Taft is pleased to have acted as U.S. legal counsel to Rhinestahl Corporation, a greater Cincinnati-based manufacturer of aviation tooling and ground support equipment, in its acquisition of HYDRO Systems KG, a German aviation services provider. Combined, the organizations will become RH Aero Systems, a one-stop shop for original equipment manufacturers, maintenance, repair, and overhaul organizations, and aircraft operators worldwide. The new company will offer engine tooling and support at more than 15 global service centers for all CFM International, GE Aerospace, and Rolls-Royce engine programs, representing more than 85% of the global engine market.
