Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Kelly Roofing Holdings, LLC (Kelly Roofing), a portfolio company of private equity funds sponsored by Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC (Monument), in connection with its recapitalization of Reliant Roofing, Inc. (Reliant), a specialized residential and commercial roofing contractor that also installs solar systems and hurricane shutter protection.

Kelly Roofing installs replacement residential and commercial roofing systems and repairs existing roofs throughout Florida. Monument is an Indianapolis-based private equity firm focused on investments in North American businesses with EBITDA of $2-8 million. Reliant represents the first recapitalization by Kelly Roofing, which was recapitalized by Monument nine months ago. Read the release here.
