Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to ABC Pediatrics on the sale of its business to Ivy Rehab Network (Ivy Rehab). Ivy Rehab is a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy services through a rapidly growing network of over 270 outpatient physical therapy centers located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest regions of the U.S. In April 2016, investment funds affiliated with Waud Capital committed significant resources to support and build Ivy Rehab into a leading outpatient rehabilitation provider.

Diane Crecelius, the founder of ABC Pediatrics, grew the business to five locations in the greater Cincinnati region and she will remain on board as Regional Director of Pediatric Operations. Read the release here.
