Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Authenticx Inc. in the company’s $20 million Series B financing round. Authenticx will use this latest round of funding to hire more employees, further develop its technology platform, and support sales and marketing efforts. It brings the company’s total investment funding to $28.8 million since launching in 2018.
