Taft Acts as Legal Counsel to Roebling Capital Partners in Acquisition of Longstreth Sporting Goods
Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Roebling Capital Partners (RCP) in its acquisition of Longstreth Sporting Goods. RCP is a Cincinnati-based private equity firm investing in lower-middle market companies. Longstreth Sporting Goods is a field hockey distributor based in Spring City, Pennsylvania.
