Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel for Within3, a leading software communications company for life science and healthcare organizations, in a financing round of more than $100 million. The round was led by Insight Partners, a global venture capital and private equity firm based in New York City, with participation from Silversmith Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity investment firm. The funding will be used to accelerate product innovation, build infrastructure to outpace growing demand, and fuel international expansion.
