Taft Adds Bankruptcy Partner in Chicago
Taft is pleased to announce Landon Raiford has joined as a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring group. The Chicago office has added 15 attorneys so far in 2024.
Raiford’s practice is focused on efficiently maximizing value for clients in bankruptcy and distressed debt situations. He represents the full spectrum of parties, from debtors to lenders to trustees to committees, and works on all aspects of the bankruptcy process. Raiford has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, banking and financial services, energy, and pharmaceuticals, and in a variety of situations, including financial distress caused by supply chain disruption, macroeconomic factors, poor product sales, regulatory headwinds, and alleged criminal behavior.
