Taft adds Three Attorneys in Chicago
Taft is pleased to announce that Lena Madison and Braeden Lord have joined the Chicago office as associate attorneys in the Finance and Real Estate groups. Michael Anderson-Colón joins as of counsel in the Real Estate group.
Madison rejoins Taft after serving as a federal appellate law clerk for the Hon. Charles R. Wilson, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, finance, and private equity.
As a member of the Real Estate Practice, Lord advises real estate developers, corporations, non-profits, small businesses, and local governments on a wide range of topics including zoning, licensing, permitting, local taxation, statutory interpretation, and real property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
Anderson-Colón is a real estate attorney with particular expertise in renewable energy transactions, real estate development, real estate finance, and leasing. He has represented a broad array of clients in the wind and solar energy industry, including developers, investors, owners, and lenders.
