Taft Adds Two Attorneys in Indianapolis Office
Taft welcomes Thomas Bemenderfer and Samuel Swafford as attorneys in the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Bemenderfer is an associate in Taft’s Litigation practice group where he focuses on commercial litigation, including contract disputes and breach of warranty matters. He has experience providing guidance through all phases of trial preparation, and he has represented clients in a broad variety of matters in both state and federal courts. Bemenderfer earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in public policy studies from The University of Chicago.
Swafford is an associate in Taft’s Real Estate practice group where he focuses on land acquisition and disposition, land development, land use and zoning, economic incentives, due diligence, and leasing. His experience also includes rezoning, annexations, subdivisions, variances, and right-of-way vacations. Swafford earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in history from DePauw University.
