Taft is proud to have served as legal counsel in the internal restructuring of CDC Distributors, Inc. This restructuring marks the third successful ownership transition in CDC’s history since its founding in 1976. Ownership of the company has been transferred to the Roberto family, led by Tony, AJ, and Joey Roberto. Alan Futscher will continue as CFO to ensure a smooth transition.

CDC Distributors, a leading flooring distributor headquartered in Cincinnati, will continue to operate as a family-owned business under the new leadership.
