Taft Cleveland Adds Two Litigation Associates
Taft Cleveland is pleased to announce the addition of two Litigation group associates.
Kyle M. Asher focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and issues involving government policy. He has experience litigating consumer class actions, state and federal election law disputes, Lanham Act claims and novel issues of state constitutional law. Asher received a B.A. in Finance, with honors, from Michigan State University in 2012 and earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2015. He is licensed to practice in Michigan and Ohio.
JoZeff W. Gebolys focuses his practice on construction litigation, insurance recovery, contract disputes, employment matters and appeals. Gebolys received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 2012 and earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2015. He is licensed to practice in Ohio.
