Taft Cleveland Welcomes Two Lateral Partners
Lynn Rowe Larsen and Amanda H. Wilcox have joined Taft Cleveland as partners in the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property groups, respectively.
Larsen is experienced in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring and creditors’ rights matters. She represents global companies and closely-held entities in a variety of business disputes, including breach of contract, UCC commercial claims, trust and fiduciary litigation, licensing, sales commission claims, shareholder disputes in closely-held companies and real property actions.
Wilcox focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing and litigation. She manages and enforces international trademark portfolios for major brands, including international clearance searches, legal opinions relating to trademark use and registrability, procurement of trademark registrations worldwide, design and implementation of worldwide trademark watches and enforcement strategies.
