Taft Litigation Attorneys Author Chapter in IICLE® Real Estate Litigation Handbook
Taft Litigation partners Ryanne Bush Dent, Michael Pisano, and Eric Singer authored the chapter “Construction Litigation” in the 2024 Edition of IICLE® Real Estate Litigation. The authors discuss the law governing construction claims from the implementation of traditional principles of contract and tort law, in addition to specialized statutes and regulatory law. The chapter examines who is responsible, for how much money, and for how long as a way to analyze the contractual framework that governs the parties.
