Taft Litigation partners Aaron Herzig and Russell Sayre were quoted in a Dec. 24, 2020, Cincinnati Enquirer article, “Attorneys: Ohio Supreme Court ruling will end 200 lawsuits against fugitive doctor.”
The article discusses the 5-2 Ohio Supreme Court decision released Wednesday, Dec. 23, in which the high court found that an Ohio law gives patients four years to file a medical malpractice case against a healthcare provider.
