William Braff practices in Taft’s Litigation group. Before joining Taft, he served as a law clerk for the Hon. Douglas R. Cole on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and for the Hon. John B. Nalbandian on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Braff graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2019.
LaTessa Gray counsels clients on a variety of intellectual property-related matters and assists with patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters for a variety of local and national clients. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Howard University School of Law.
Robert Hudson is a business and real estate attorney at Taft. On transactional matters, he focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and lending and finance transactions. Earning his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Hudson received CALI Awards for five classes and was a committee member of the Kentucky Law Journal.
Megan Luby is an attorney in Taft’s Environmental practice group. She earned a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Oregon and a J.D., cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Megan was a summer associate at Taft in both 2019 and 2020.
Maggie Pollitt focuses her practice on the transactional, regulatory, and business aspects of health care law. She counsels a variety of health and life sciences clients, including hospitals, physician groups, research organizations, and medical device companies. Pollitt earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif.
Anthony Ramicone focuses his practice on business law. He advises private companies on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and corporate governance. Ramicone earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Virginia Law and Business Society and Rivanna Investments, a student-led investment fund.
Ashley Wetzel is an attorney focusing on finance matters. She represents borrowers and lenders in complex financing and structured lending transactions. Wetzel also collaborates with businesses of all sizes on general corporate governance matters. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western University School of Law in 2021, where she received the Hugo Grotius International Law Scholarship.
