Walz assists companies of various scales in maximizing the value of their intellectual property, safeguarding their interests, and effectively enforcing their rights. He employs innovative approaches to resolve the challenges clients face and is an ally clients want on their side. Whether engaged in business negotiations or resolving intellectual property conflicts, Bradley always prioritizes decisions that align with sound business principles.
Hirschfeld focuses her practice on general corporate law transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She represents public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of industries in mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other general corporate and commercial matters.
Gilbert practices in securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. He brings extensive experience representing both seasoned and emerging companies, as well as underwriters and placement agents, in private placements and public securities offerings. He also provides valuable guidance to clients involved in merger and acquisition transactions and offers comprehensive support to public companies regarding SEC regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and executive compensation.
Pederson focuses his legal practice on assisting private and publicly held manufacturers, contractors, technology, entertainment, and retail businesses in various aspects of their operations. This includes venture formations, capital raising, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC reporting and compliance. With a diverse clientele, Brad finds fulfillment in collaborating with businesses at different stages of their life cycles. He actively engages with entrepreneurs and dynamic startups, helping them create scalable business models and establish robust corporate structures to support growth and secure funding.
