The Denver Post Features Terrance Carroll in Article About Colorado Proposition 131
Government and political law attorney Terrance Carroll shares his insights on Colorado Proposition 131 in an article from The Denver Post. Carroll, who serves as counsel on the Prop 131 ballot committee, discusses the benefits of Prop 131, such as equal access to democracy, and the reasons political parties oppose this measure.
Below are excerpts from the article.

“Is there a possibility that (a general election race) could be all Democrats, all Republicans or all Green Party people — or some mixture thereof? Yes, there is,” said Carroll, the former state House speaker. “But at the end of the day, it’s the voice of voters.
