The Firm Welcomes Assenmacher
The firm recently welcomed new associate, Scott Assenmacher to the firm’s litigation practice group. Jeffrey M. Weiss made the announcement.
Assenmacher has over a decade of experience practicing various areas of law as an attorney and law clerk for private companies, public authorities, and major firms in the area. Through this experience, he has litigated cases in a range of practice areas including land use, no-fault, employment, premises liability, and general negligence.
Among other areas, the firm’s litigation practice group offers clients a full-service experience with attorneys who can litigate nationwide in any state or federal court when necessary or engage in alternative dispute resolution.
Assenmacher received his bachelor’s degree as a dual major in German and International Business from Aquinas College. Following graduation, he pursued his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, where he ranked fourth out of 159 students in his class and was a member of the School’s Transactional Law Competition Team.
