Thomas Quoted in The Columbus Dispatch Article
Taft partner David H. Thomas was quoted in The Columbus Dispatch article "Experts say everyone must think about attacks in public spaces." The article discusses a public shooting that occurred Sunday, June 11 in the Columbus Metropolitan Library downtown. Thomas commented regarding when a government agency can search members of the public.
