Thomas to Participate in "Responding to Whistleblowers & Government Investigations" Forum
Taft partner David H. Thomas will be a panelist at Business First's "Responding to Whistleblowers & Government Investigations" forum on Sept. 17 at the Fawcett Center. Thomas will present with Michael Glick, director of Blue & Co., LLC, and Saul B. Helman, M.D., managing director of Healthcare and Life Sciences Disputes – Regulatory, Compliance & Investigations at Navigant. The panelists will address how businesses can protect and prepare in the event of a whistleblower claim.
Thomas is a member of Taft's Corporate Compliance & White Collar Criminal Defense practice. He is board-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Criminal Trial Advocate and has represented individuals and corporations involved in government investigations, including state and federal law enforcement agencies, the United States Department of Justice and the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
