Thompson Appointed to Greater Cleveland Sports Commission Board of Directors

Taft Cleveland co-partner-in-charge Adrian Thompson has been appointed to the board of directors of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (GCSC).

GCSC has grown to become a relevant and dynamic organization, governed by a committed group of trustees representing Cleveland’s most esteemed private, public, and nonprofit institutions. GCSC’s board aids the organization in achieving its mission to measurably improve the economy of Greater Cleveland and enriches the community by attracting, creating, managing, and enhancing significant sporting and competitive events

In addition to his role as co-partner-in charge of Taft’s Cleveland office, Thompson is also a member of the firm’s executive and participation committees and serves as chief diversity officer. In his legal practice, Thompson provides counsel for private sector clients on equal employment opportunity litigation, wage-hour problems, employment of the disabled, federal housing, and other labor matters.
