Taft Indianapolis Director of Attorney Learning and Development Chasity Thompson Osborn facilitated the Indianapolis State Bar Association’s Etiquette dinner on March 31, 2022. Law students were invited to multicourse meals where practicing attorneys and an etiquette instructor offered guidance on how to interact in social-professional settings. Thompson Osborn led the etiquette teaching for the event, teaching law students the do’s and don’ts of socializing with potential clients and employers to develop longstanding professional relationships.

Thompson Osborn oversees firm-wide attorney training and development in partnership with leaders across the firm. Her expertise includes developing and implementing associate programming, identifying and addressing training and development needs, managing Continued Learning Education (CLE) related functions, and leading overall design and implementation of attorney training activities across the firm.
