Taft partner Tim Nagy was recently re-elected president and a member of the The Golf Club’s Board of Governors.

Mr. Nagy is an attorney in the firm’s Health & Life Sciences practice group. He advises and represents nonprofit and for profit corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in general business matters, including formation and dissolution, tax-free reorganizations, securities offerings, general real estate transactions, and financing transactions. He received his B.A. from The Ohio State University in 1971 and his J.D. from Capital Law School in 1974.
