Trent Sandifur to Serve on Faculty at Houston FCPA Conference
Taft partner Trent J. Sandifur will present on “Minimizing Corruption Risks in M&A: How to Conduct Effective Pre-Acquisition Due Diligence and Overcome Integration Challenges” at the American Conference Institute’s 7th Houston Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Boot Camp on January 24, 2013. In his presentation, Sandifur will provide instruction on the M&A anti-corruption due diligence process and will offer guidance on current best practices in integrating targets with potential anti-corruption problems.
