Tyler Godbehere Selected to Valley Leadership Catalyze Program
Sherman & Howard corporate and transactional attorney Tyler Godbehere has been selected to participate in the Valley Leadership (VL) Catalyze Program as part of Class 4, which will run from August 2024 to February 2025.
“Participating in this program will provide me with many opportunities to connect with other Arizonan leaders, learn more about the issues impacting Arizona, and strengthen my leadership skills,” said Godbehere. “I’m excited to be part of such an amazing program and make a difference in my community.”
Representing business and property owners, Godbehere has experience drafting and negotiating real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leases, development agreements, and construction contracts. He also conducts real estate due diligence by reviewing title reports and surveys, drafting corrective documents, as well as working with surveyors and title companies.
Godbehere is a sixth-generation Arizonan, and his family has been involved in Arizona’s development since 1875, which makes him passionate about serving the community.
VL is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering, leveraging, and mobilizing leaders to impact Arizona. Catalyze is a 12-week VL program designed to provide Arizonans with opportunities to connect with fellow community members, expand their knowledge and perspectives of the issues facing Arizona, participate in unique experiences, engage in personal reflection and development activities, and plan for how to make a difference.
