Vaselaney Presents at Estate Planning Teleseminars
Taft partner Missia H. Vaselaney was a co-presenter for three teleseminars hosted by the Professional Broadcast Education Network. The hour-long teleseminars focused on issues facing estate planners as they draft and manage client trusts. Topics included:
- “Family Feuds in Trusts: How to Anticipate & Avoid,” March 5, 2018
- “Discretionary Trusts: Risks, Opportunities & Best Uses,” March 1, 2018
- “ABCs of Choosing & Drafting the Right Trust for Client Goals, Part 1,” Jan. 30, 2018
Vaselaney presented alongside Michael Sneeringer, an attorney with Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. The teleseminars offered one hour of CLE credit and were produced in partnership with Webcredenza, a Professional Education Broadcast Network, in conjunction with multiple state bar associations.
Vaselaney focuses her practice on estate planning for business owners and individuals. She has worked with clients to both plan and administer estates that have ranged from the very modest to the large and sophisticated. Vaselaney is an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law and has been a speaker both nationally and state-wide on estate planning and other related matters on behalf of professional associations.
