Vogel Selected for Ohio Women's Bar Foundation Leadership Institute
Columbus attorney Amy Vogel has been selected for the Ohio Women’s Bar Foundation’s Leadership Institute, a program designed for emerging female leaders focusing on growth in practical knowledge and strategies for business development.
The Leadership Institute offers comprehensive sessions covering rainmaking, executive coaching, branding, public speaking, and effective communication techniques. It equips women attorneys with the skills they need to excel in leadership roles. The program reflects the mission of the Leadership Institute, which is to enhance inclusiveness within the legal profession and bolster women lawyers’ professional skills for the benefit of their communities.
Cohort members will engage in a robust curriculum facilitated by a diverse group of educators, facilitators, professional panels, and thought leaders on topics such as dynamic leadership, effective communication, diversity, equity, inclusion, and access, entrepreneurship and business development, health and wellness, and personal branding. Applicants had to be active members of the Ohio Women’s Bar Association at the time of application and have at least five (5) years of practice experience. The 2023-2024 program runs from November 2023 through April 2024.
