Wagner Elected as Education Director for Indiana Paralegal Association
Taft paralegal Tiffini Wagner was elected to serve as the education director for the Indiana Paralegal Association (IPA) and was sworn into the IPA Board of Directors on July 20. In this position, she serves as a liaison with Indiana colleges and universities that offer paralegal studies programs. In addition to Wagner, fellow new officers and directors were sworn in by Magistrate Andrew R. Bloch of Hamilton County Superior Court 2.
Wagner works directly with Taft’s Intellectual Property and Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Litigation groups. Among the other areas of law, her main focus is assisting with preparing new trademark applications, trademark maintenance, and renewal filings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), researching local, federal, and international trademarks for filing new trademark applications electronically. She also maintains trademarks in the United States and internationally through various prosecution filings.
