Waklatsi Accepted Into African American Leadership Development Program
Taft Cincinnati attorney Kevin Waklatsi was recently accepted into Class 31 of Urban League’s African American Leadership Development Program (AALDP). The program spans ten months and offers participants the chance to gain a deep understanding of significant issues facing African Americans in Southwestern Ohio and in the workplace. The curriculum covers a broad range of topics, focused on developing well-rounded leaders who are prepared to address the multifaceted challenges in their communities.
Waklatsi represents public and private companies, private equity funds, and portfolio companies in a variety of complex business transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. He brings extensive corporate governance experience to his practice and represents both domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries and sectors. He earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. from the University of Akron.
