Taft partner Brandi Weekley will be a panelist at the Smart Business Dealmakers Conference “The M&A Boom: How Long Can It Last” on May 12 in Cleveland, Ohio. She will participate in the Deal Preparedness Session, which will include a discussion on the factors that are influencing transactions and how to prepare for closing transactions.

Weekley focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Weekley has a wide range of experience with structuring and consummating complex early-stage and growth-stage capital formation transactions, from convertible note and series seed financings to later stage and follow-on investment transactions.
