Alex advises companies on a variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and securities. He has experience overseeing diligence and drafting for M&A transactions, addressing governance issues, and assisting clients with compliance under the Corporate Transparency Act. His work spans drafting closing documents and memoranda for a wide range of transactions.

Clients and colleagues know Alex as responsive and attentive. He has worked with clients ranging from small, family-owned businesses to large, multi-billion-dollar corporations. Alex ensures each client receives dedicated attention and values the lasting relationships that his corporate practice fosters.

Before joining the firm, Alex served as a judicial intern for Justice William Hood III of the Colorado Supreme Court. While in law school, he was editor-in-chief of the University of Denver Water Law Review and contributed to initiatives like the Tribal Wills Project.

A trained opera singer, Alex also spent time singing professionally in Italy before returning to Colorado to be closer to family and attend law school.
