Summary

Seeing the tangible and positive impact she has on people’s lives is the reason Allison started a career in law. She focuses her practice on family law, where every day offers a new challenge as she advocates for her clients.

Allison represents clients in all aspects of divorce and appointment of parental rights matters, including asset division, child custody, complex financial negotiations, and protection orders. She previously served as an associate at a Denver law firm, where she successfully litigated matters such as fraud, appointment of parental responsibilities, replevin and partition, and relocation on behalf of her clients.

Before transitioning to family law, Allison gained experience with employment law issues, representing employees in discrimination, wage, and noncompete matters.

Recognizing her dedication to supporting her clients during difficult times in their lives and protecting their best interests, Super Lawyers named Allison to the Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in the areas of family law and employment litigation.
