Allison McFarland

Allison is an associate in Taft’s Cleveland office. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and has experience with trust and estate disputes, corporate, and trademark matters.

Prior to joining Taft, Allison was a litigation associate at a national firm in the Boston office, where she handled commercial litigation matters, trust and estate matters, and trade secret litigation. She also represented large corporations and senior-level executives in federal and state court proceedings. Allison has varied experience working across industries and practice areas, including insurance, sports and entertainment, commercial agreements, and employment law. Additionally, she has held a number of legal internships and clerkships, including for several New England area law firms; a National Football League (NFL) team; and a firm handling sports management and athlete representation.
