Summary
Allison enjoys learning about each of her clients and every aspect of their business so she can tailor her representation specifically to each client’s needs.
She focuses her practice on insurance recovery and insurance litigation, and helping corporate policyholders obtain the coverage and benefits provided for in their insurance contracts. She also represents public and private entities and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial contract and probate and wealth transfer disputes. Allison performs extensive legal research and analysis to craft strategies that further the goals of her clients.
Responsive and relatable, her clients appreciate the fact she takes the time to get to know them and asks questions to better understand their goals and desired outcomes. The relationships she builds feel like partnerships. She is an advocate for her clients in every aspect.
Allison is also committed to giving back to her community and is currently the Chair of Mile High United Way’s Catalyst Society – a group of young Denver business leaders committed to personal, professional, and philanthropic development and furthering the mission of Mile High United Way. In that capacity, she is also a member of Mile High United Way’s Board of Trustees for the 2024-2025 year.
