Amir Ovcina

Amir is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on advising private equity firms, private companies, and entrepreneurs in their roles as acquirors and sellers in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, equity investments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other general corporate matters. Amir has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, industrials, consumer goods, logistics, health care, life sciences, and insurance.
