Summary

In her role as Director of Recruiting & Associate Advancement, Amy is responsible for creating and managing associate development and integration plans, supporting associate staffing needs, and oversees law student recruiting and the firm’s summer program in Chicago.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked as the Associate Director of Career Development and Professionalism for the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law and was the Senior Assistant Director of Judicial Clerkships and Advising for The University of Chicago Law School. She advised, counseled, and provided individualized coaching to students and alumni on successful career strategies while creating new resources and programming for professional development.

Amy earned her J.D. from Delaware Law School and her bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University. After law school, Amy was a judicial clerk for the Hon. Stephan C. Hansbury, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil and Family Divisions, Morris County. She then worked as a litigation associate for a national defense firm in New York City.
