Summary
Andi is an experienced litigator and land use attorney and chair of Taft’s Indianapolis Commercial Litigation practice. She focuses her practice on working with developers and defense of companies and individuals in complex business litigation, corporate governance, land use, white-collar, fraud, RICO, and product liability matters in state and federal courts. She has worked with lawyers throughout the U.S. and has led and worked on cooperative teams with other firms providing high-stakes defense in industries that include developers, REITs, equipment and machinery manufacturers, medical practice groups, construction, and products design, and also in transactional business torts, class actions, trade secrets, and non-compete disputes. She is a problem solver who connects with her clients, learns their products and industries, and works vigorously and creatively in their defense.
Andi has extensive experience negotiating resolutions in complex business, personal and transactional matters and is involved in many aspects of development and strategic consulting for businesses seeking to invest and grow in Indiana and across the United States. She strongly advocates a cooperative dialogue among government and industry leaders and is actively engaged in the ongoing effort to enable businesses to succeed in a competitive global marketplace.
Andi served as President of the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) from September 2017-October 2018, the single largest legal organization in the state. She has also been recognized as one of the 2018 IBJ’s Women of Influence.
Andi served on the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission for 10 years from 2011 to 2021.
