Andrea Woron Woron Kessler

Andrea is the director of operations in Taft’s Southfield office. In this role, she manages the office administration team and support staff, working directly with the partner-in-charge and office leadership to facilitate a positive and productive work environment for both staff and attorneys. Andrea is responsible for day-to-day supervisory activities to effectively and efficiently manage assigned office staff, including staff performance, training and development, payroll timekeeping, time off requests, and overseeing daily office activities.

Andrea earned her associate’s degree in business from Alpena Community College and her bachelor’s degree in advertising from Michigan State University.
