Summary
Tony is an associate in Taft’s Detroit office and focuses his practice on business bankruptcy and reorganization, and general litigation. He also has experience handling matters related to banking and finance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate transactions.
Before joining the firm, Tony served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Mark A. Randon, United Stated Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and as a commercial litigation attorney for a small regional firm with an emphasis on bankruptcy and creditor rights.
Tony earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he was an Executive Editor of Inside Articles for the Detroit Mercy Law Review and was an intern to the Hon. Jennifer Faunce, Macomb County Circuit Court. Prior to law school, he graduated from Western Michigan University double majoring in biomedical sciences and comparative religion. Tony is also the founder of Vision of Hope Charities, a nonprofit organization that provides assistance to and promotes long-term recovery for individuals who suffer from substance use disorders.
