Anthony T. Ramicone

Anthony is an attorney at Taft where he focuses his practice on business law. He advises private companies on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and corporate governance.

Prior to law school, Anthony worked for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) as a director’s financial analyst. 

Anthony earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Virginia Law and Business Society and Rivanna Investments, a student-led investment fund. He received his B.A. in government from Harvard College.
