Ashley Fickenscher

Ashley is a paralegal supporting the business attorneys in Taft’s Cincinnati office. In her role, Ashley focuses on entity formations, amendments, mergers and conversions, foreign qualifications, lien and litigation searches, Form 3, 4, ID and D filings, Blue Sky filings, and UCC filings, drafting corporate governance documents, and assisting with issues related to the Corporate Transparency Act.

Prior to joining Taft, Ashley gained years of experience working as a legal assistant and a corporate paralegal.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in paralegal science from Eastern Kentucky University.
