Aurora’s experience and knowledge allows her to effectively identify, evaluate, and understand the nuances of financially and socially complicated matters. • Represents clients in formulating estate plans by drafting Wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and antenuptial agreements.
• Assists families with wealth-transfer strategies, including sales to grantor trusts, creating grantor-retained annuity trusts, generation-skipping transfer tax trusts, charitable trusts, and other estate-planning techniques.
• Assists clients in implementing multi-generational wealth transfer strategies and educating future generations regarding the importance and structure of strategies.
• Represented individuals in contested domestic relations matters including challenging prenuptial agreements.
• Represented Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee in contested federal bankruptcy litigation.
